Membership Procedure for OC Aviation Flying Club Aircraft Rental Program

Thank you for choosing OC Aviation Flying Club! To complete your membership, we need some information. The process steps are detailed below. You must download, complete, and attach the required documents to the membership form.

Membership Steps

  1. Download and sign the Rental Agreement available HERE and attach it to the membership form.
  2. Prepare required documents according to the New Member Checklist.
  3. Make payment for the annual membership fee, security deposit, and minimum purchase of 500 flight credits by adding items to the cart at the bottom of the page.
  4. Create your Pilot Portal account by clicking HERE. Note: Each account requires team approval before activation.
  5. Review procedures in the "Documents" section of the Pilot Portal.
  6. Create your account on the Flight Schedule Pro booking platform by clicking HERE and fully complete your profile.
  7. Join our Members Facebook group by clicking HERE.

Pre-flight evaluation

Before your first flight, every new member must complete a check flight with a designated instructor and complete the following documents: évaluation en vol avec un instructeur désigné et compléter les documents suivants :

  1. Transport Canada self-assessment available in the "Knowledge" folder of the Pilot Portal.
  2. POH evaluation (Pilot Operating Handbook) for the chosen aircraft, also in the "Knowledge" section.

Membership Application Form

Your membership will be processed within 48 hours of receiving all documents and payments. A team member will contact you to schedule your check flight and plan your first flight with OC Aviation Flying Club!
